Jacquie was really impressed with everything: the beauty of the trees, the bushes and the wild flowers. There was no-one else around and it was cool and peaceful, with just the sound of birdsong ringing through the bush and the soft little pants of the dogs as they walked along beside us on the railway lines. Suddenly, we saw a young kangaroo hop out of the bush. Of course the dogs barked loudly and chased after it. There are no kangaroos in my street in the city!
